The Powerstroke 77 Snare- and Tom Furs from Remo consist of 2 layers of Mylar film with a thickness of 7 mil each, which would also clarify the origin of the name. A narrow damping ring of 7 mil also ensures a dry response and shortened sustain. The Clear Dot in the center of the coat gives the Powerstroke 77 coat a longer life and an excellent response from the middle to the edge.
